He'll pull in yet another generation of viewers. His verbal sparring matches with Arkin are prominently displayed in the ads, and while they're amusing, there is far less Kevin Hart than you're being led to believe.

Hart brings a smarmy, Daffy Duck-like sense of hapless greed to his role, which nicely complements the curmudgeonly wisecrack-filled persona Arkin can play in his sleep. It's too bad we only get about 15 minutes of him. When the climactic fight arrives, I found myself without a side to choose, because "Grudge Match" is too timid to ask me to commit to either boxer. Director Peter Segal shoots the match well, but even with the late reveal of one fighter's major disadvantage in the ring, I remained apathetic.

When the first fight between them is hailed as a classic and the second fight breaks records and the fans demanding a third one. Razor is a welder at the dockyards and has been for the last thirty years. Both men are content. When Razor and Kid's history is brought up on a sports show. Needing the money he agrees to do it for 15 thousand. And the idea for the Grudge match is born.

While training for it. Both men encounter secrets from their past. Stallone and Deniro play this one off wonderfully against one another. Stallone is the straight man and gets the best lines. Deniro is the comedic one and gets the best scenes. And Arkin steals the movie from under them. Grudge match is a good time at the movies. It's not what many people think it is.
